Kitchen365 is actively looking for an experienced Kitchen Design Coordinator to guide our design team and act as a liaison between customers and our team in India. You should have expertise in the kitchen or bath industry as well as experience with 2020 Design or ProKitchen Design software. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, preferences, and budget
- Present design concepts, layouts, and renderings to clients and adjust based on their feedback
- Train and support kitchen designers in India to enhance their skills and knowledge of the US kitchen and bath industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new customers and expand our client base
- Travel to client locations to ensure exceptional customer service and address any concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends and technologies
- Assist with urgent projects as needed to ensure timely completion and to support team objectives by utilizing design software to create detailed kitchen designs, including cabinetry, appliances, countertops, and other fixtures to determine layouts and renderings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 4+ years of Kitchen Showroom Floor experience OR Interior Design with sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting and Design
- Experience with 2020 Designs or ProKitchen software
- Prior experience in kitchen sales
- Display strong self-motivation, with a drive to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Exhibit proficiency in cold calling, travel, and email communication
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Willing to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Preferred
- National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Certified or willing to become NKBA Certified
- Existing Kitchen & Bath book of business connections
Schedule Expectations
- In office Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
